Located at the west end of Truckee, Tahoe Donner® offers the closest access and the broadest selection of amenities of any development in the Truckee area. The 6000+ acre community is made up of over 6100 parcels, of which over 4500 have been developed into homes. The population is primarily second-home owners who enjoy the many outdoor recreational activities Tahoe Donner provides. Homes are priced from $300,000; condos are priced from $150,000.
