Prosser Heights

Closer to town than Prosser Lakeview Estates, Prosser Heights is also adjacent to highway 89.  The terrain is generally sloping and wooded, providing a feeling of privacy and being in the mountains, while it is just a couple of minutes drive from downtown Truckee.  Most of the parcels are 1/4 - 1/3 acre in size, with some larger parcels, allowing for boarding of horses and stock.  Some parcels enjoy views, but most provide a wooded environment.  Close to new Alder Creek Middle School.
