Gateway / Meadow Park / Donner Trail

These subdivisions along Donner Pass Road near Tahoe Forest Hospital and behind the Public Utility District offices are comprised mostly of primary residences.  There is a real neighborhood quality here, with some of the homes dating back to the 1940’s.
